Karimnagar: The district administration has decided to conduct a training camp to create awareness among unemployed youth on getting jobs in the Central, State and corporate sectors. District Collector Neetu Kumari Prasad said that the camp would be held at the Collectorate auditorium at 10.30 am on April 15. Varadhi Society, a non-governmental organisation, would train the unemployed youth.
Interacting with the representatives of the society here on Friday, Neetu Kumari Prasad said the main aim of the awareness camp is to create awareness among the youth on skills needed to get jobs in various sectors including banking, railways, army, navy, air force, staff selection commission, police and private companies.
She said the organisation would also collect the details of vacant jobs in different companies in the district and details of unemployed youth as well. Youth would be imparted training in some specialised areas wherein there were a number of opportunities. The Collector appealed to the rural unemployed youth to make use of this opportunity.
