Ltd., part of the German-based TUV Rheinland Group has been given a nod by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) for their skill oriented courses, which plays a pivotal role in shaping up young people in technical courses.

TUV Rheinland NIFE Academy Pvt. Ltd., part of the German-based TUV Rheinland Group has been given a nod by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) for their skill oriented courses, which plays a pivotal role in shaping up young people in technical courses.


TUV Rheinland NIFE Academy Pvt has plans to set up 100 more training centers in India to impart fire safety courses. In the past 23 years TUV Rheinland NIFE has trained over a lakh students in courses like fire safety, lift technology, fiber optics and inventory and stores. Speaking at the press conference MV Thomas, Director of TUV Rheinland NIFE Academy Pvt. Ltd., said "TUV Rheinland NIFE, started in 1992 currently has 100 centers across India and we plan to add 100 more centers over the next 1-2 years.

There is a huge demand for qualified professionals in fire safety, 25000 to 30000 professionals are required every year. With the NSDC approval, TUV Rheinland NIFE students are now eligible for bank loans, easy attestation at embassies and also better placements.”


TUV Rheinland NIFE, one of the premier institutes in the country offers diploma courses through a tie up with Manipal University; the course duration varies from 4.5 months to one year. "With the NSDC approval, we are expanding and plan to add 100 more centers in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Rajasthan, besides Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, among other states. Fifteen of the proposed centers will come up in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, which currently have seven centers, three in Telangana and four in Andhra Pradesh,” Thomas added.
