Fests pave the way for a bright future

Hyderabad: ‘Technical fests give a lot of credibility to students’ future when they go to industry, startups or to become an entrepreneur’ said Rajendra Velagapudi, CEO & Managing Director, Cyient DLM. He graced as a chief guest for the technical events of three-day Pramana-2K19 (an amalgamation of technical, cultural and management events) inaugural session held at Sivaji Auditorium on Thursday.
‘These events teach us how to collaborate with the others, how to communicate and how to present the things etc’., he added. He declared that the three-day fest open and released a annual newsletter ‘KNOW’.
R.Rajeswara Rao, DSP, Patancheru graced as chief guest for cultural and management events of Pramana and advised that one should be aware of Law, Road Safety and the enacted Acts etc. Police job has been made easy by technology, which has been helping to cater the needs of the large public with less number of staff, he added.
Vamsi Seemakurthi, Founder & CEO, Lensfit International and GITAM Alumni exhorted the budding engineers to build their core competition, what is the extra competency they have. He sincerely advised that they shouldn’t stop for little hurdles and keep on going for the better future.
Prof. N.Siva Prasad, Pro Vice-Chancellor, GITAM, Hyderabad said that the fest are essential part of the students to improve their organizing abilities. Dr. P.Trinatha Rao, Convenor, Pramana in his welcome speech narrated the three-day events schedule. P.Sai Manoj, Student Coordinator, Pamana proposed the vote of thanks.

Forthcoming Telugu movie ‘Prema Katha Chitram-2’ team Hari Kishan (Director) R.Sudarsan Reddy (Producer) Ganesh (Writer) Sumanth Ashwin (Hero) and Nandita Swetha (actress) interacted with GITAMITES, screened the promos and selected songs.
