Anantapur records lowest minimum temperature of 15 degrees C
The night temperatures in the coastal and Rayalaseema districts are gradually falling. During the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday, the temperatures were above normal ranging from 1.6 to 3 degrees Celsius at a few places in Coastal Andhra, but below normal at a few places in Rayalaseema.

The lowest minimum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius was recorded in Anantapur, Arogyavaram and Jangamaheswarapuram, the Met department bulletin said. The other night temperatures recorded in the State were: Nandigama (16), Kadapa (17), Bapatla, Vijayawada, Kurnool & Tirupati 18 each, Kalingapatnam & Nandyal 19 each, Kavali & Machilipatnam 20 each, Ongole & Visakhapatnam Airport 21 each, Kakinada, Narsapur, Nellore, Tuni 22 each and Visakhapatnam 23.
