Hyderabad: Making it clear that he will not leave Hyderabad city on February 5, the day of the GHMC election results, the CPI senior leader K Narayana said it was not proper on the part of the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to make comments against him.

He termed the Chief Minister a good friend. It may be recalled that Narayana said in a recent election meeting that he would cut his ear in case TRS wins Mayor post on its own.

Reacting to his statement, the Chief Minister, in his speech at Parade Grounds, said that it would be good for Narayana to leave the city on the day of election results to save his ear as TRS was going to win the Mayor post on its own.
