Hyderabad: KCR, the president of Telangana Rashtra Samithi Party, in Nizamabad a district at Jupad addressed the huge crowd and said that there was a need for the people to decide whom they want as their ruler. He said the fight with Andhra people was not yet concluded and said that there were many issues which are yet to be resolved. He said after a fight that last for more than 14 yrs at last somehow we got freedom. Nevertheless, said KCR there was a need to rebuild the state for which there was a need for a person who could lead the state.
Even in this metting the palpable differences between the TRS and Congress parties were seen. It is worth mentioning here that the direct verbal attacks of Ponnala Lakshmiah, the Telangana PCC Chief, and Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), the president of Telangana Rashtra Samithi Party, have become incessant. If one attacks, the other counterattacks, making the situation jittery. Ponnala slammed KCR yet again on Thursday stating that the latter has no right to seek votes from the people as he was sound asleep in his farm house, for the entire period when the Telangana agitation was at its acme. From the other end, KCR countered Ponnala blaming him for the corruption that went on in the name of Jala Yagnam.
