Kakinada: Union Minister and Congress nominee for the Kakinada Lok Sabha constituency M M Pallam Raju allegedly violated election code on Tuesday.
Raju visited the government hospital here and campaigned, by appealing to patients and their relatives to vote for the Congress in the election on Wednesday. The minister went round various wards and interacted with patients. The campaign ended in Seemandhra on Monday.
