Associates and family members of ADP created designs for the company’s Corporate Greeting Card
Exquisite greeting cards were made by the associates of ADP Pvt. Ltd and their family members on Sunday. The greeting card workshop is being organised by the firm since 2008. The theme for the workshop varies each year, and the theme for this year is based on ADP’s global strategy to “Simplify. Innovate. Grow (SIG).” The intentional sequence of the words is the mantra for the organisation to build efficiency and a culture of innovation resulting in growth. The workshop enabled all the participants to showcase their creative side and think out of the box.
This year, the workshop was conducted simultaneously at ADP India’s campuses at Hyderabad and Pune. The event witnessed close to 750 associates and their family members participating in both the locations and designing innovative New Year greeting cards around the defined themes. This annual workshop on greeting card design has always been one of the most eagerly awaited events of the year and hence the overwhelming response of the participants was not a surprise. One of the reasons for the high enthusiasm is the fact that select designs from this workshop are traditionally chosen to form a beautiful collage which then becomes the Corporate New Year greeting card of ADP India. The final greeting card is then sent out to all the partners, associates and their family members from ADP India conveying New Year greetings.
Commenting on the workshop, Shakti Sagar, managing director, said, “Each year, we organise this workshop to bring out the creative talent of our associates which amplifies when they design these cards with their family members. We feel that these creative minds would play a significant role in innovation, taking the company to next level. We are excited to see such a tremendous response from the associates which is increasing every year.”
