Celebrating silver jubilee of the holy life of Sr Johncy

Hyderabad Archbishop Thumma Bala, accompanied by a dozen priests, held the Eucharist to mark the silver jubilee celebration of consecrated life of Sr Johncy, principal of St Theresa High School, Arul Colony, and Sr Syria Pushpam of St Ann Luzern congregation on Saturday. The celebrations were held at the St John The Baptist Church in Arul Colony.

Priests, family members, teachers, parents, students, friends and others participated in the prayer and felicitation. “It is an occasion of great joy,” the bishop said, while admiring the selfless service of the nuns to people of all walks of life and to church and appreciated their consecrated life.
