Mice Academy director Dr NSRK Prasad said that architecture course would have greater demand in the State after bifurcation. He launched a special coaching for the B Arch course entrance test which will be conducted at the national level by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

The National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) would be held this year for five year B Arch course. NATA would be held online for which registration process started on March 30. The online tests were also started on April 1 and would be closed by August 21.

Students who have completed Intermediate or Plus II examination with 50 per cent score in Mathematics are eligible to register and appear for the NATA. Prasad noted that the students of architecture would have greater demand in the years to come as the residual Andhra Pradesh would have to build the new capital and provide infrastructure for the State.

As the region is being upgraded into the capital zone, there would be more establishments coming up here in future for which the students from architecture would be involved. Keeping the future demand for the course, he said that they have also started coaching for the NATA with the required study material and also would assist the students to appear for the online test.
