He and Stadium administrator Gokul passed the ball to each other to formally inaugurate the event. In the tournament opener, Accountant General Office Recreation Club (AGORC) toyed with the hapless Nav Bharat in a lopsided match. Virtually dominating the proceedings, AGORC players were all over the ground before posting a massive 6-2 win.
