The domes atop the Nizamia General Hospital shine and the smooth lime plaster work is done to perfection but the complementing domes on the far corner are still not attended. The contractor has stopped work as bills are not cleared. The electrical wiring in the wards remains and some parts inside the wards still leak of rain water. Constructed in 1938 the Nizamia Hospital complements the Charminar as it is just a few yards away. On an average 300-400 patients visit the hospital.
