Books, old and new, are being sold at an event titled ‘Reader’s Heaven’ in Khairatabad. Mohd Qamr-ul-Hasan, director, Reader’s Heaven, explained that this is for the first time books are being sold based on weight. A wide range of books like fiction, lady bird, Disney and attention grabbing books are being sold in bulk. Fiction novels are priced at Rs 100 per kg, imported children’s and coffee table books at Rs 200 per kg and encyclopedias are being sold at Rs 250 per kg.
