Bright prospects for engineers in PSUs

India, often cited as the 'global hub of engineering', is home to numerous engineering colleges offering degrees in this field. In the present scenario, engineering is considered as the most lucrative career option available. There is no dearth of career options for engineers if they head in the proper direction with able guidance.

From the highly acclaimed Engineering Services Examinations (ESE) to getting recruited by many prestigious Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as BHEL, IOC, NTPC and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre etc, GATE has opened its doors for many career opportunities.

Renowned Academician B Singh, Ex-IES, and the only person who holds the record of clearing IES examinations thrice addressed a seminar for the students titled ‘Future Prospects for Engineers in Govt. Sector’.

Singh advised students to be clear of their aim and approach the examination in the positive way. He added that prospects of engineers in PSU sector is huge.
