1 lakh customers insured under PM’s scheme

In just over a month of the launch of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Pradhana Manthri Jeevana Jyothi Bheema Yojana, Syndicate Bank’s regional office in Hyderabad (Rural) has insured approximately one lakh of its customers. One of them is P Narasimha of Rachaloor branch who was insured under the ‘Pradhana Manthri Suraksha
In just over a month of the launch of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Pradhana Manthri Jeevana Jyothi Bheema Yojana, Syndicate Bank’s regional office in Hyderabad (Rural) has insured approximately one lakh of its customers. One of them is P Narasimha of Rachaloor branch who was insured under the ‘Pradhana Manthri Suraksha Bheema Yojana scheme. He unfortunately passed away and his nominee wife Hamsamma was paid Rs 2 lakh as per the scheme through United India Insurance Company. This is the first such claim for Syndicate Bank.
