The ongoing mega yoga session by internationally acclaimed teacher and global director of ‘Art of Living Yoga’ Kamlesh Barwal has garnered enthusiastic response from people at Cyber City Convention Centre in Kondapur.

This is Kamlesh’s fourth visit to Hyderabad. Admiring the commitment and sincerity of participants from the city, she said, “Hyderabad can easily be termed as “Yoga Capital” for India.”

The mega camp, which began on November 3, had people joining at 6.00 am to cultivate inner joy and work towards physical and mental health.

Kamlesh’s special focus was on yoga for office; she taught simple stretches for people who have to sit in front of screens for long.

While complementing the Hyderabadis as quick learners, she lead the participants experience how one can live harmoniously and make lives of those around harmonious through Pranayamas and meditation.

Speaking about the session, Kamlesh said, “The general convention is that yoga is difficult and with all the complicated stretches it can only be practiced by a few. However, that is not the case. We are all born yogis. We can bring serenity within and spread it around through yoga.”

Through simple and effective warm-ups Kamlesh got the 400 participants to experience how one can ignite the joy within and bring refinement. Her explanation on how one can illuminate the shining virtues through simple stretches mesmerised the participants.
