Arches and colourful flags were everywhere. The children were in their best attire. Great excitement and hurried activities are visible all around.

Hyderabad: St.Peter’s International Residential School celebrated one of the most anxiously awaited occasions – The Annual Day named as “KALAKRITHI” on November 8. The school compound wore a festive look. Arches and colourful flags were everywhere. The children were in their best attire. Great excitement and hurried activities are visible all around.

The eminent playwright of Telugu literature Dr. Yandamuri Veerendranath graced the occasion as chief guest and Chairman, T Bal Reddy was the Guest of honour. He appreciated the management and staff members for nurturing and enriching each student so well and said that St.Peter’s is a “dream come true” school for every parent!

Putting forth the cultural strata of SPIRS and the aim of 100% participation, all the students of the school took part in some or the other amazing dance, drama and music programmes or instrumentals. The academic excellence and sports excellence award winners of 2015-16 were elated with joy.

The toppers of the first grade X batch(2014-2015) were felicitated with awards and cash prizes by the honourable chief guest. The dedicated teachers have been given “ Special Recognition Award.“ Principal Dr. Anju Pandey Gupta congratulated all and emphasised on the importance of true education. Correspondent T.V Reddy and Director T.Saroja Reddy spoke on the parent and children relationship and the importance of a residential school in the overall development of a child.
