​Hyderabad: Carrying forward the ongoing preparatory exercise ahead of the budget for the third day on Friday, Telangana State Planning Board vice-chairman S Niranjan Reddy held a meeting with officials of Home, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Women Development and Child Welfare and Finance.
He reviewed the status of utilisation of funds during 2015-16 and the requirement of funds in the new financial year. The release of funds from the Union government for the Centrally-sponsored schemes was also discussed in detail. Advisors to government A K Goyal and G R Reddy, MA&UD secretary M G Gopal and special chief secretary to home Rajiv Trivedi were present in the meeting.
