the company will be conducting free yoga sessions for its customers across Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru. The sessions will be conducted on June 19, Sunday to ensure maximum participation. Each city will be able to accommodate upto 300 people.

Commenting on this initiative, Abhiraj Bhal - co-founder , UrbanClap said: "Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that has attracted widespread interest across nations and still continues to be one of the most prominent form of spiritual healing and attaining disciplined standard of living.

In alignment with the same, we decided to announce free yoga sessions for our patrons to commemorate International Yoga Day and also persuade them to opt for a healthier lifestyle."

To access this service, users can place a request on the ' International Yoga Day' category on UrbanClap's mobile app, which has been specially created for this day-long initiative.

The sessions will be free of cost and will be led by highly trained professionals in this field. It will include a basic yoga session along with talks on the basic philosophy of yoga and how it helps in preserving mental and physical health.
