Mega police health camp in Bejjur mandal
A large-scale police health camp was arranged under the aegis of Superintendent of Police (SP) Sunpreet Singh at Kammergaon and Muraliguda villages under Bejjur mandal on Tuesday.
​Sirpur Kagaznagar: A large-scale police health camp was arranged under the aegis of Superintendent of Police (SP) Sunpreet Singh at Kammergaon and Muraliguda villages under Bejjur mandal on Tuesday.
At Kammergaon, the police distributed free medicines, clothes and 35 kg rice each to nearly 300 persons belonging to the neighbouring villages, who visited the medical camp. In order to avert the youth from getting engaged in anti-social activities and to make them excel in sports, the police distributed sports kits.
At Muraliguda, a remote village in the mandal, keeping in view of the hardships faced by the villagers due to acute drinking water crisis, the SP inaugurated a water scheme worth of Rs 5 lakh. Kagaznagar Deputy Superintendent of Police Habheeb Khan and others accompanied the SP.
