Adilabad: A large number of unemployed persons participated in a job mela organised jointly by the Tata Group of industries and Jogu Foundation at the Zilla Parishad meeting hall on Friday to help youth to secure employment in the firms owned by the group.
Inaugurating the job mela, Minister for Environment and Forests Jogu Ramanna advised the participants to secure in jobs in the Tata Group so that they may have a bright career in future. Unfortunately, unemployment has become a bane in the society, he added.
He complimented the Tatas for holding the mela and expressed the hope that it would benefit a large number of unemployed youth in the district.
