Adilabad: As many as 200 houses were inspected as part of ‘cordon and search’ conducted by a team of police officials led by DSP Lakshminarayana here at Lakshminarayana Nagar on Friday.
The officials seized five two-wheelers, three auto rikshaws and two cars which were found to be without proper documents. Ten tobacco bags and Rs 2,000 worth of gutkha packets were also seized. A Circle Inspector, four sub-inspectors and 100 constables participated in the search programme.
