A scrumptious Kashmiri affair

If there’s one thing that’s common in all celebrations, it’s the love for food. A special party featuring a Kashmiri multi-course meal, ‘Wazwan’ was held at Raj Mahal in Shamshabad over the weekend to celebrate the engagement of Mohammed Haris Mukarram from USA and Qamar Zoha from Hyderabad.

The iconic dish, which is considered a work of art by many culinary experts, takes four days to prepare and all the dishes are meat-based using lamb or chicken.

MIM MLA Meraj Hussain and TRS MLC Mohammed Saleem were among the others who participated in this unique dinner.
