Telangana govt moves on 2BHK houses construction in Sircilla
As a response to the news item published in The Hans India about the double bedroom housing scheme, titled ‘2BHK houses remain a distant dream’ on March 13 (Monday), the first move for the construction of 2 BHK houses in Sircilla district started with the District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar inspecting the land in Mandepalli village on Wednesday.
Sircilla: As a response to the news item published in The Hans India about the double bedroom housing scheme, titled ‘2BHK houses remain a distant dream’ on March 13 (Monday), the first move for the construction of 2 BHK houses in Sircilla district started with the District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar inspecting the land in Mandepalli village on Wednesday.
The representatives of Genesis Planners Private Limited, who designed the architecture of double bedroom houses at Yerravalli village, were given the responsibility of designing of about 1,260 2 BHK houses in Mandepalli village also.
Genesis Planners Private Limited representatives along with the models of 2BHK houses in Mandepalli village met Collector D Krishna Bhaskar at his chamber in Collectorate here on Wednesday.
The Collector discussed about building models, layout development, specifications and landscape with the representatives and suggested them to beautiful designs as per the convenience of beneficiaries after inspecting the land carefully.
He also suggested them to take necessary steps for providing all the basic facilities along with keeping in view of future needs before designing the plan for construction of double bedroom houses at Mandepalli village.
Later the Collector along with the representatives of Genesis Planners Private Limited visited the Mandepalli village and inspected the land where 2BHK houses will be constructed and discussed about the landscape and the roads to be laid.Joint Collector Yasmine Basha, District Revenue Officer Shyam Lal Prasad, Senior Architect of Genesis Planners Private Limited K Maheshwar Goud, Administrative Manager Sheshaiah, Tahsildars and R&B officials were also present along with others.
