The National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test for admission into medical courses - MBBS and BDS - will be held on May 6.

Accrding to an announcement by the Central Board of Secondary Education has announced, the online submission of application forms has also begun. The candidates can go in for online registration till March 9 till 11.50 pm. The last date for online fee payment is March 10 till 11.50 PM. The notification said that Aadhar number is a must for all except from those from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Meghalaya.
The candidates must be 17 years old at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31, 2018. The maximum permissible age is 25 years. However, SC, ST and OBC candidates will have five year relaxation. Those with 50 per cent marks with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English as their subjects are eligible to apply.
Only online applications are allowed and the students are required to register through the Board website www.cbseneet.nic.
