Hyderabad: Tiny tots of ‘The Play School’, the pre-primary wing of Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet celebrated the Nature Conservation Day in their school premises with an aim to conserve nature. Little Niveditans raised slogans like ‘Nurture Nature to Secure Future’, ‘No Plastic is fantastic’, ‘Live and let live’ through the rally that began from the school and marched around the neighborhood spreading awareness amongst the parents, the passersby and the onlookers.
A small presentation by way of a dance drama showcased the little steps that can be taken to protect our mother nature. Chairman Sudhakar Rao Polsani, Secretary, P Rama Devi, School Managing Committee Member, Niharika Gowrineni, the Principal Jayanthi Venkataraman and the Vice Principal Anuradha Pramod were present at the occasion. Speaking to the children Niharika stated that small actions taken by the little ones would certainly instill the awareness in the children & sure the nature is in the secured hands of future citizens of our motherland.
