All lumps in breast are not cancerous

Cancer will occur up to 90% due to unusual changes in the genes because of age. It is possible that it may occur due to heredity in 10 % of the people. Unusual changes in genes, which control the growth of cells may cause cancer. Not all kinds of lumps/tumours that grow in the body are dangerous. Cancer causing tumours spreading quickly in breasts affect other cells also. This dangerous tumour that grows in breasts is called "breast cancer". Generally breast cancer appears in the cluster of cells In the milk glands or veins that supply milk to nipples. It is possible that it may affect the breast muscles also in some people. Cancer occur in up to 90% people due to unusual changes in the genes because of age. It is possible that it may occur due to heredity in 10 % of the people. Most cancer causing factors are not within our control. For example age, family back ground, health back ground etc, But we can control causes like excess weight, exercise, alcohol addiction etc. The possibility of occurrence of cancer is more in women especially who have crossed menopause stage.

Diet Experts opine that cancer occurs due to food habits also although it is yet to be proved scientifically. Hence it is better to reduce non-vegetarian diet and animal fats. There is a possibility is that different kinds of hormones, antibiotics and remnants of pesticides are present in these foods. One should consume more, foods like fresh vegetables, fruits which have less percentage of fats.

Exercise Exercise reduces the possibilities of cancer. Every person must do at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily. Alcohol addiction The level of oestrogen hormone in the blood reduces due to alcohol. Because of this, the possibility of occurrence of cancer is more. Therefore it is better to stay away from alcohol. Oestrogen Oestrogen hormone is useful in the development of breasts. The possibilities of growth of breast cancer are more due to taking oestrogen hormone from outside for a long time. The possibilities of occurrence of cancer are more due to taking combined hormone replacement theraphy or taking oestrogen hormone replacement alone for more than 10 years uninterrupted. Stress & anxiety One can lead a happy life due to reduction of mental tension and unnecessary worry to the extent possible.
