Date and Banana Shake
Dates banan shake is a great way to start your day, especially during your first trimester. Especially when a pregnant woman looses appetite as a result of morning sickness. The natural sweetness of the dates and bananas is enriched by the addition of milk and it provides for all the required calcium, protein and iron to supplement your diet.
Ingredients:
Banana 3
Dates 1/4 cup
1 glass milk
water as per requiered
Method
Soak the dates in warm milk or warm water, for 15 minutes.
Combine the soaked dates, milk and banana with 4 to 5 cubes of ice and blend in a liquisider.
Serve immediately.

Dates Laddoo
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole Seadless Dates
1/2 cup Almonds
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, date sugar, coconut powder
Place dates and almonds and nuts in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add honey and pulse until a stiff dough forms.
Scoop small portions and shape with greased hands with ghee into balls.
Roll each ball in chopped nuts add coconut powder.
Store in cool place.
Have 1-2 balls each day
