DocOnline conducts fitness challenge

Hyderabad: DocOnline Healthcare  threw open its unique fitness challenge to the employees of IT companies DivyaSri NSL Orion at Gachibowli in Hyderabad on Friday. Employees of as many as 15 companies situated in the IT Park participated in the event. 

The FitOHolic Challenge is based on the concept that in today’s fast paced life where the competition is intense, one often gets stressed and is on the verge of being burnt out. The challenge had employees participate in any of the four exercises – planks, squats, push-ups and burpees. A total of 350 enthusiastic employees took up various challenges.
