Chandana Bros, RS Bros, Cennai Shopping mall, Kalaniketan, Hyderabad Central, and many others are showcasing traditional, contemporary and at the same time stunningly beautiful collection of saris and dress materials with vibrant hues and creative designs. Ethnic wear, western wear, suitings and shirtings for the men are also stocked. Kids-wear of both national and International brands is also readily available. There is something for everyone. Denim jackets, both sleeveless and full-sleeves with jeans are the popular choice for youngsters. Says Lokesh, the Fashion Designer at a boutique at Banjara Hills, “This year denim and leather jackets are very popular. Surprisingly we are also getting lots of demands for synthetic woollen sweaters with fancy designs on them. Scarves are also in demand. The colours on demand are the winter shades like dark blue, brown, grey and ofcourse black is an all time favourite.”
The markets will surely be flooded with the right kind of attires for the season. The winters are all about drinking hot coffee and soups, soaking up the sun, wearing trendy jackets and taking walks along the lanes of this beautiful city!
