Hyderabad: An NRI woman aged about 25 years has gone ugly all over her face due to scars, severe burns and dark patches on her face after undergoing a laser treatment which did no good other than damaging her active face.
According to sources, the victim has lodged a complaint against the two doctors - Kiran Kumar and Konda Reddy - involved in the Laser Treatment. Chandana, the victimised NRI who came to visit her parents staying at Ayyappa Society in Hyderabad, happened to visit Reshape Non-Surgical Cosmetics Clinic near Hitec City on June 18 for laser hair remover treatment. However, after the treatment, her skin turned crimson red and soon there were blisters on her skin.
The cosmetic treatment left deep scars on all over her face. Following the symptoms, she later went to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills, where her condition got deteriorated. Both the doctors who treated her, Kiran Kumar and Konda Reddy, have since been arrested. Nevertheless, the victim claimed that the police had registered a case only two days after she had lodged a complaint.
