During the programme, Talasani accorded approval for the construction of a community hall in an open place of Krishna Nagar Colony. In the project that is estimated to cost Rs 40 lakh, Rs 20 lakh would be borne under the minister’s Assembly Constituency Development Programme (ACDP).
The minister sanctioned Rs 1.20 crore for taking up drainage works in Krishna Nagar, Sindhi Colony, Nallagutta, Paan Bazaar, DV Colony, Bapu Bagh Colony and Bharani Complex.
The minister also instructed the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) to take up the works on priority basis to ensure completion before the onset of monsoon.The programme was attended by GHMC, HMWSSB, local MROs, ASOs and other officials.
