Traffic restrictions for TRS meet. Elaborate security arrangements have been put in place for the TRS general public meeting today at the Parade Grounds where 10 lakh people are expected to attend the meeting.

Elaborate security arrangements have been put in place for the TRS general public meeting today at the Parade Grounds where 10 lakh people are expected to attend the meeting. More than 4,000 police personnel have been deployed for the event and surveillance cameras have been put in place. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will address the gathering and it will be the largest public meeting of the TRS after it came to power.

Traffic restrictions

Restrictions on vehicular traffic will be imposed from 2 pm to 8 pm during the meeting. At the Surabhi Garden Junction, general traffic will not be allowed towards Plaza Talkies and will be diverted towards Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) or YMCA en route Sweekar-Upkar junction. At Tivoli junction, traffic will not be allowed towards Plaza and will be diverted towards Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) or YMCA.

At Sweekar Upkar junction, traffic will not be allowed towards SBH junction and will be diverted towards YMCA and allowed towards JBS. At Patny junction, traffic will not be allowed towards SBH junction and will be diverted towards Paradise. At YMCA junction traffic will not be allowed towards SBH junction and will be diverted towards Clock Tower or JBS via Sweekar Upkar.

At the CTO, junction traffic will not be allowed towards Plaza junction and will be diverted towards Balamrai/Tadbund/SweekarUpkar/JBS/YMCA via Lee Royal junction/Brook Bond junction/Tivoli junction.

Alighting and parking

Motorists coming from Shankarpally, Chevella, Tandur and Vikarabad should alight at Patny, Secunderabad and park their vehicles at Nizam College. Those coming from Balanagar, Bowenpally and Tadbund should alight at Rajiv Gandhi Statue, Balamrai and park the vehicles at PG College, Classic Garden lane and open place at Balamrai Idgah.

Motorists coming from Jeedimetla, Narsapur X Roads, Bowenpally, Tadbund should alight at Balamrai and park the vehicles at Malla Reddy Gardens, Chandana Gardens, near Safe Express open ground, CMR School ground and Ashish Garden in Old Bowenpally. Those coming from Medchal, Kompally, Suchitra, Bowenpally, Tadbund, Mastan Cafe should alight at Balamrai and park the vehicles on the service lane of NH 44 from Bowenpally Check Post to Suchitra on either side of the road.

Motorists coming from Hakimpet, Bolaram, Alwal, Lothkunta, Lalbazaar, Trimulgherry, Bowenpally Market, Diamond Point, Mathan Cafe should alight at Mastan Cafe and park the vehicles at Dhobighat, open places at Imperial Garden, Raja Rajeshwari Garden, Gayathri Garden, open place at Bowenpally Market Yard area and Mud fort.

Motorists coming from Ghatkesar, Uppal, Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Mettuguda, Rail Nilayam should alight at Sangeet Theatre crossroad and park the vehicles at Railway Degree College, RRC Ground, CSI PG college ground, open place at Lalaguda PS Railway Kalyana Mandapamu.

People coming from Hayathnagar, LB Nagar, Nagole, Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Mettuguda, Alugadda Bavi, Rail Nilayam Bhavan should alight at Sangeet junction and park the vehicles at NTR Stadium.

People coming in vehicles from Ibrahimpatnam, BN Reddy Nagar, Sagar Ring road, L.B.Nager, Nagole, Uppal, Tarnaka, Mettuguda, Allugaddabavi, Sangeet Junction, should alight at Sangeet Junction and park the vehicles at Nizam College.

People coming in vehicles from Amangal, Kadthal, Kandukur, Pahadishareef, Barkas, Chandrayangutta, left turn Mailardevpally, Aaram Ghar, Zoo Park, Bahadurpura, Puranapul, City College, Afzalgunj, MJ Market, Nampally, Ravindra Bharathi, Tankbund and Buddha Bhavan alight at Budha Bhawan and park the vehicles at Necklace Road.

People coming in from Jadcherla, Shadnagar, Shamshabad. Aaramghar, PVNR Express Way, Masab Tank, Ayodhya Junction, Nirankari, Old PS Saifabad, Telephone Bhavan, Telugu Talli Junction, Tank Bund, Buddha Bhavan alight at Buddha Bhavan and park the vehicles at Necklace Road.
