The fifth edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show-2016 got off to a rollicking start after it was inaugurated by IT Minister KT Rama Rao in the city on Sunday. The three-day property show has attracted over 115 realtors, building material manufactures, consultants and financial institutions.

The fifth edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show-2016 got off to a rollicking start after it was inaugurated by IT Minister KT Rama Rao in the city on Sunday. The three-day property show has attracted over 115 realtors, building material manufactures, consultants and financial institutions.

After exhibits on the advances made by the real estate sector, over 15000 projects are on display. S Ram Reddy, President of CREDAI Hyderabad said, “The development plans outlined by the government have ensured rapid progress and is putting Telangana on the fast-track. The first phase of Startup incubator, T-Hub having been fully occupied, is emerging as a potential driver for growth and employment generation.”

Various speakers hailed the policies and expressed delight that Hyderabad alone employs over 3,20,000 people working directly in IT, ITeS sectors with an output of $74 billion, which is helping contribute 12 per cent to the IT exports of the country. Hyderabad is the fifth largest contributor to the GDP of the country.
