Instant approval, no processing fees
Here’s some good news for the festive season. As part of the ‘Property Show and Housing Loans Expo 2016’, organised by Bank of India for Dasara and Diwali, instant approval of housing loans with a waiver of processing fee was announced.
Here’s some good news for the festive season. As part of the ‘Property Show and Housing Loans Expo 2016’, organised by Bank of India for Dasara and Diwali, instant approval of housing loans with a waiver of processing fee was announced.
The expo was inaugurated by State Housing department Principal Secretary G Ashok Kumar on Sunday. It is organised to take ahead the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s slogan ‘houses for all’. It is learnt that the builders who were already approved by the bank arranged the stalls at the expo so that the presence of mediators is eliminated.
“The loans are processed at 9.4 per cent interest for construction of house or purchase of house site or house. There will not be any legal complications as the builders present at the expo are already approved by the bank.
There will be no processing fee for the loan applications on the occasion of Dasara and Deepavali and the loans are instantly approved”, said bank zonal manager G Viswanath. HUDCO regional chief P Venkateswara Reddy, Banjara Hills branch DGM KV Prakash, marketing chief PRP Swamy and other branch managers participated in the programme.
