Around 50 kids and 30 volunteers from NGO attended the programme held in Film Nagar. The students were dressed in outfits created by Kids wear Designer Indie Project. Film nagar: Actor-Producer and Philanthropist Lakshmi Manchu hosted lunch at her residence to celebrate Sankranti festival with students from ‘Teach for Change’-NGO. Around 50 kids and 30 volunteers from NGO attended the programme held in Film Nagar. The students were dressed in outfits created by Kids wear Designer Indie Project. The outfits were gifted to them by Lakshmi Manchu and her daughter Vidya Nirvana Manchu.

The students who attended the programme, belong to various government schools across the city where ‘Teach for Change’ NGO works. The best performing students were selected to be a part of this celebration to motivate them to further excel in their studies and life. Lakshmi Manchu also happens to be the Founder Chairperson and Managing Trustee of Teach for Change.
