Pawn broker nabbed for fleecing customers

Gulzar Houz: The Mirchowk police nabbed a pawn broker who was fleecing customers by stating that they had not returned the money and refused to hand over gold ornaments. He has been doing business for few years now and it was only after a complaint from one Sudeer Kumar that the police swung into action.

L B Chowhan, Mirchowk inspector said that there are quite a few pawn brokers in the city who dupe customers. The normal practise is to give documents to customers but when they see someone in dire need and are vulnerable, they take advantage.
