The Telangana State Federation of Bar Associations comprises of all district courts bar association in the state of Telangana on Thursday, wrote to Chief Minister of Telangana seeking an appointment to discuss legal fraternity issues including to scrap the section 41A of CrPC and to provide health cards, house sites, stipend to junior advocates and talent up gradation of advocates.  

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Federation of Bar Associations comprises of all district courts bar association in the state of Telangana on Thursday, wrote to Chief Minister of Telangana seeking an appointment to discuss legal fraternity issues including to scrap the section 41A of CrPC and to provide health cards, house sites, stipend to junior advocates and talent up gradation of advocates.

Earlier, the members of bar associations have met and represented issues several times to the law ministers Indrakaran Reddy, Law Secretary, Niranjan Rao. In a recent public meeting held by advocates in Mahboobnagar Health Minister D Laxma Reddy, Law Minister Indrakaran Reddy and other dignitaries made an open promise to see to that the section 41A of CrPC is scraped by a state amendment and to restore all other issues at the earliest, but nothing has been put in place till date. Therefore, the Telangana State Federation of Bar Associations request to kindly give an appointment to discuss the issues.
