Manda Krishna Madiga warns Centre over its attitude towards Dalits
MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga came down heavily on ruling BJP at Centre by saying that it is conspiring to undermine the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act under the aegis of RSS, while addressing the Dalita Girijanula Simha Garjana Meeting here on Wednesday.
Musheerabad: MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga came down heavily on ruling BJP at Centre by saying that it is conspiring to undermine the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act under the aegis of RSS, while addressing the Dalita Girijanula Simha Garjana Meeting here on Wednesday. The MRPS founder warned the Centre to face the wrath of Dalits and Tribals who occupied 30 per cent of the country’s population.
If there is no change in the Centre’s attitude towards Dalits, they will teach a befitting lesson to it, Manda Krishna Madiga warned. He said that they are going to organise Mega Public Meeting with political leaders of Dalit and Tribal communities scheduled on May 27 at Warangal.
Manda Krishna Madiga said that Leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, former Lok Sabha speaker Meera Kumar, Sitaram Yechury (CPI(M)), Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy(CPI), Jignesh Mewani will particiapate in the Public Meeting. Mala Mahanadu national president Chenniah, JB Raju, Deepak Kumar, Ragati Satyam, Madiga Konduru Rajaiah, Bellaiah Naik, T Lakshman Madiga, Kedar Nath, Janga Srinivas were present.
