CM to lay foundation stone for Medak Collectorate on May 9
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will lay the foundation stone for the construction of new collectorate building and attend a public meeting at Medak on May 9, said the Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao in a statement here on Fridday.

Speaking to the newsmen, the Minister said though several governments ruled the state but none bothered to fulfil the 60-years-long wish of Medak people to make as the district headquarters despite of many movement and fights and now it had made so on the day of Dasara festival on October 10 of 2016 by the strong will of Chief Minister KCR bagging the whole credit.
The CM will lay the foundation stone for the collectorate at 4:00 pm on May 9 followed by the addressin the huge gathering of public at the town, said the Minister who called for the turning up in a big way for the program.
