Petbashirabad: Responding to the report published in The Hans India on Monday on indiscriminate parking of private buses on the service road at Suchitra Circle, the Traffic police on Tuesday imposed a fine of Rs 1,500 for parking of a bus. The firm owning the buses moved away the vehicles after getting information about the approaching SI Kishore and his team.

The police team also collected a pending fine of Rs 3,000 for parking the firm’s car at no parking zone, Kishore informed The Hans India reporter. He said the firm’s management has been warned of stringent action if it again violated the traffic rule.

He said other vehicles found parked on the service road have been seized and moved to the police station. The SI asserted that the police would not keep quiet if vehicles are ‘illegally’ parked on the service road causing inconvenience to the vehicle-users. Action would be taken against them, he warned.
