‘Illegal constructions will be demolished’

Tandur: Municipal Commissioner Bhogiswarlu said action would be taken against those who resort to illegal constructions. Reacting on the recent incident of demolition, he said that Rohit Reddy applied for permission to construct a house in survey number 54.

But he was denied permission because the land was in a legal dispute, the commissioner said. "Even though we denied permission, Rohit and Ritesh Reddy constructed a shed in that land. That's why we demolished it," he said. The Commissioner said cases will be filed against those who obstructed the municipal staff during demolition.
