Managing Director of Telangana State Toddy Tappers Cooperative Federation Limited of Hyderabad on Wednesday visited palm grove at Munipally mandal in Sangareddy district and said the toddy tappers need to utilise the financial benefits and aids from the government for their development. 

Munipally: Managing Director of Telangana State Toddy Tappers Cooperative Federation Limited of Hyderabad on Wednesday visited palm grove at Munipally mandal in Sangareddy district and said the toddy tappers need to utilise the financial benefits and aids from the government for their development.

He made a tour in the palm and date groves at Munipally mandal headquartes and Polkampally village in the mandal where 38,100 and 11100 excise trees are being cultivated. The Director who appreciated the cultivation of palm trees in such a large number, said that the backward classes can avail the opportunities and welfare schemes by the government.

Later, he held a review meeting on various aspects at District Backward Classes wefare office at Sangareddy. Distrcit BC Welfare officer B Keshuram, , Excise Department officials and leaders of Toody Tappers associations were also present at the meeting.
