Speaking on the occasion, he said the government was committed for the welfare and development of women. Pension for single woman, KCR Kits and investment for woman farmers were the examples for the welfare measures taken up by KCR, he said. The amount worth Rs 6.13 lakh was disbursed to 149 people in the municipal limits. Municpal Chairperson Sunitha Sampath, councillors of TRS, Congress, TDP and MIM parties, Commissioner Bhogiswarlu and others were present.
