Pedda Amberpet: SFI Pedda Amberpet secretary K Nagendra on Thursday said that State wide educational institutions bandh call was successful. He alleged that the State government has showed inaction towards private educational institutions though they were collecting high fees.
Nagendra also alleged that the government was negligent towards providing basic facilities in government schools and distribution of text books and uniforms to students. Later SFI leaders burnt effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao near Ambedkar statue at Hayath Nagar. Leaders P Shiva, Lakshman, Mahesh, Nazeer, Saibaba, Venkatesh were present.
