Malkajgiri: Activists of the Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad and other Hindu organisations on Thursday took out a rally from Anandbagh to Malkajgiri, sporting black badges, to protest against the externment of Swamy Paripoonananda by the City police.

Leaders of the organisations Navin, Pravin, Ramakrishna, Rajalakshmi, Chandu called upon Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to order withdrawal of the externment order and invite Swamy back to Hyderabad. The organisations ensured closure of Sri Prasannanjaneya Temple in Anandbagh, after the morning rituals to register their protest. They appealed to devotees to extend ‘support to Paripoornanand to protect Hindu dharma’. The leaders wanted the Telangana government to save the Hindu dharma.
