Mallapur: Corporator Pannala Devender Reddy on Sunday assured the residents of KL Reddy Nagar and HCL Nagar to take action against industrial pollution in their vicinity. He received a memorandum from KL Reddy Nagar and HCL Nagar Welfare Association representatives.
The memorandum lamented the increase in air pollution from some industries because of which the colony residents, especially the kids and elders, were suffering with diseases like vomiting, motions and fever. It demanded severe action against the perpetrators. Association leaders Eshwar Rao, K Venkat Reddy, Devender Chari, G Vijay Kumar and K Boorayya were present.
