After many complaints from residents of the Gachibowli, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply Sewerage Board HMWSSB has installed Automatic Water Level Monitoring and controlling system AWLM CS reservoir to increase the capacity and to supply sufficient water to colony residents
##BIG-IMAGEGachibowli: After many complaints from residents of the Gachibowli, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has installed Automatic Water Level Monitoring and controlling system (AWLM & CS) reservoir to increase the capacity and to supply sufficient water to colony residents. Earlier, Gachibowli residents faced scarcity of water. Now the HMWS&SB have been able to supply 250 liters of water per head per day.
Mukesh Singh, resident of Gachibowli said, “We had handled the water shortage with providing water by private water tankers. But it was so difficult that the water demand increased rapidly as families increased in area. After many complaints to (HMWS&SB) officials our problem is solved.” Venkat Reddy Section Manager, (HMWS&SB) speaking to The Hans India said that the Automatic Water Level Monitoring and controlling system using Arduino Internet of Things (IOT) based level sensor installed in Gachibowli to monitor reservoir water levels at real time.
