Mallapur: Corporator Pannala Devender Reddy on Sunday felicitated Peeru Naik and his wife Jyothi of Singamcheruvu Tanda who took part in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana seminar at Lucknow in UP, here at ward office. The couple explained the main events of the seminar.
Jyothi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi enquired her about any bribe she paid to get house under the scheme. The PM also asked her about the living conditions of the beneficiaries. Jyothi thanked both State and Central governments for allotting a house to her. TRS leaders PR Praveen, Jeevan Reddy, Ch Mallesh, K Narsing, B Ramulu Naik, Linganna, Kankamma, Ramesh Naik were also present.
