Kapra: Seeking development of colonies in the division, AS Rao Nagar corporator Pavani Reddy submitted a memorandum to ZC Srinivas Reddy on Monday. The memorandum mentioned the civic issues like sports complex, problems related to drainage, roads and park. The zonal commissioner assured her of taking up development works by convening a meeting very soon. AS Rao Nagar Society member Somaiah was present.
Earlier, Pavani along with AE Santosh Reddy toured AS Rao Nagar. She came to know about the garbage piled at Bala Vikas Kendram and flood water entered into houses during rainy season. She asked the officials to remove the garbage and lay CC roads to restrict flood water by not entering into the houses. The corporator assured to solve problems at the earliest. Work Inspector Raju, colony president Srinivas Reddy, secretary Somaiah Chari, members Kamala, Suvarna, Raju, Nagabhushanam, Rajesh, Ramesh, Sattaiah, Manipal Reddy took part.
